Well, you know, that's just like, your opinion, man.

There's good news and there's bad news. The bad news is that someone said something bad about the Titans on the internet. But the good news is it wasn't about the Tony Pollard deal!

This all comes from Bleacher Report, who recently published a definitive list of the 14 Worst Free-Agent Signings of the 2024 Offseason (what SEO!), decided exclusively by Bleacher Report. On the list, at the very bottom, you'll find the Titans, who signed linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr. to a two-year, $15 million deal earlier this year. And reader, Bleacher Report wouldn't have done that.

BR names Kenneth Murray deal one of NFL offseason's worst

"Since his rookie season back in 2020, it's been a mixed bag of results from Kenneth Murray Jr.," they write. "An athletic second-level defender during his days with the Los Angeles Chargers, Murray enters Tennessee with high expectations under defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson.

While Murray's ability as a run defender remains league average, his twitch and movement skills have yet to translate to success in coverage, as he finished sixth-worst in receiving yards allowed (660) by all linebackers last fall."

Yeah, well, fair enough. But then again, Murray was a first round pick (23rd overall) only four years ago – and is still just 25 – so you can see why the Titans were okay with rolling the dice on him. And when you look at some of the other deals that show up on that list, two years and $15 million doesn't seem so bad.
