The Tennessee Titans added DeAndre Hopkins to their receiving corps last year and it paid off for both sides. Hopkins had over 1,000 yards during his inaugural season in Tennessee and found the end zone seven times.
Titans fans are hoping to see an encore from the soon-to-be 32-year-old receiver not just this year but in the years to come as well. With Hopkins closer to the end of his career than the beginning of it, this could end up being the final contract that he plays on in the NFL.
If Hopkins has any say in it, he'll finish his NFL career as a member of the Titans. Or at least that's what he said in a comment on Instagram.
DeAndre Hopkins wants to stay in Tennessee for the rest of his career
The comment from Hopkins was: "... I'm riding w yall boys till the wheels fall off", which would indicate that he's wanting to roll with the Titans until he can't play anymore. Titans fans would love for Hopkins to stick around assuming that he continues to play at a high level.
This year should give Tennessee one of the most talented wide receiver groups they've had in quite some time with Hopkins, Calvin Ridley, and Treylon Burks at Will Levis' disposal. Throw in that the Titans hired Brian Callahan, an offensive-minded coach, as their head coach and the offense should be able to make some noise this year.
