5. RB Tony Pollard

Filling the cleats of a franchise legend like Derrick Henry can’t really be done. The Titans have a new head coach (Brian Callahan), and a new offensive coordinator in Nick Holz. Former Cowboys running back Tony Pollard should have a big role in an attack that figures to put the ball in the air much more.

The 2022 Pro Bowler has more career receptions in five seasons (176) than Henry had (155) in eight with the club. That’s not a knock on the latter, but more of an indication of what to expect from the five-year pro. Pollard touched the ball a career-best 307 times (including 55 catches) in ‘23 for the NFC East champions.

4. C Lloyd Cushenberry

The Tennessee Titans center in 2023 was Aaron Brewer, the former undrafted free agent from Texas State who spent four years with the franchise, and this past season started all 17 contests. He is now a member of the Miami Dolphins after signing a three-year, $21 million deal last month (via Spotrac).

The new man in the middle for Brian Callahan’s club is former Broncos’ pivot, Lloyd Cushenberry. He signed a four-year deal for $50 million (also via Spotrac). It’s a slight upgrade if you go by Pro Football Focus rankings. Cushenberry is the service’s 10th-ranked center (73.2), and Brewer is at No. 11 (71.6).
