The Titans head into 2024 in an interesting spot. After years of having a strong identity under Mike Vrable, the team decided to try something new this offseason, firing Vrable and hiring former Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan. Franchise stalwarts like Derrick Henry and Ryan Tannehill are gone, replaced by former Cowboys running back Tony Pollard and second-year quarterback Will Levis. A ton of their defensive front is gone – mostly to the Texans – and, in case you forgot, they happened to sign the best available wide receiver on the free agent market to a $90 million contract.

Next year figures to be a dreaded rebuilding year in Nashville, although the Titans don't have to look far to find recent examples of a young team with new leadership take the leap and win their division in surprising fashion. And while no one's mistaking Levis for CJ Stroud quite yet, Tennessee already has a handful of players on the roster that could play a huge role in the success – or failure, if you want to be a pessimist – of the team next year. Here are three guys we think could make a real impact on the Titans' 2024 season.
