2. Figure out what that means for Derrick Henry

Given all the skepticism over Henry's return to the Titans in 2024 that already existed before they even fired Mike Vrabel, maybe this decision isn't quite as hard as it seems on paper. His contract voids this year, and Henry's right about at that age (30) where NFL teams decide to move on from running backs. If Callahan plans rehaul the roster and run something like the offense he ran in Cincinnati, which he obviously does, then it seems like the two aren't a great fit for one another anymore. But considering what Henry means to the organization, not botching that decision – or how its handled – would seem like a priority.
