3 Free agents the Tennessee Titans should sign before Monday

I'm not entirely sure why the Jacksonville Jaguars cut Darious Williams, but their loss should be the Tennessee Titans gain.
Despite being undersized, Williams has been able to hold up well on the outside and every Tennessee Titans fan knows that this defense needs two new boundary cornerbacks this offseason.
Age (31) hasn't slowed him down either considering he is coming off of a season where he had 4 interceptions (second-most in his career) and 15 PBUs (tied for his best season), so it has to be an issue that came down to money with the Jacksonville Jaguars needing the extra cap space to franchise tag Josh Allen.
New Tennessee Titans OC Nick Holz spent a year with Williams last season, and considering Holz was the passing game specialist and Williams was the best corner on the Jags' roster, I would bet that he knows just how good of an addition this would be for the defense.
