Saahdiq Charles had a chance to earn the right guard job for the Tennessee Titans in training camp, but his abrupt retirement has put the team in a pinch.

Dillon Radunz was pushing for the job before Charles retired, but Brian Callahan and Ran Carthon aren't just going to hand him the job. Andrew Rupcich and Daniel Brunskill are also competing for the role.

In case the Titans aren't sold on their in-house options, we've identified three free agents they could consider signing to push Radunz, Rupcich, and Brunskill for that spot.

1. Riley Reiff

6,905 snaps at left tackle, 2,133 at right tackle, 32 at right guard, 13 at left guard

Riley Reiff is a career tackle, but found himself starting a game at guard for the New England Patriots last season. A permanent move inside isn't out of the question as his foot speed declines with age.

While the Titans need a right guard, it certainly wouldn't hurt to have insurance at offensive tackle, given Reiff's versatility. Considering that Reiff has banked nearly 10,000 career reps at tackle, Bill Callahan could feel secure in developing Reiff as a right guard while trusting his muscle memory to kick outside if they need someone to step in at right tackle.

One interesting connection is that Reiff was the starting right tackle for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2021, so he has worked with Brian Callahan in the past.
