One of these answers is, uh, probably pretty obvious.
2. Ryan Tannehill, QB
Another Titans player that certainly doesn't owe the team anything. He was a great signing for the team, and led them to some of their best seasons in recent memory.
With that being said, the "it's not my job to mentor the next QB" line never ages well, even if it's technically true. This is obviously Levis' team going forward, and removing any doubt about that makes all the sense in the world.
They'll have him back for a pre-game ceremony at some point in the next decade, but for now, it's best to just go separate ways.
