The Tennessee Titans will play in a new stadium beginning in 2027. The hope is that, once the new version of Nissan Stadium is up and running, Nashville can play host to the biggest event in all of sports, the Super Bowl.

Well, according to Dan Patrick, that is inching closer to becoming a reality. Patrick said on his show that Nashville was going to host the Super Bowl in 2030.

"The 2030 Super Bowl, I was told by a source on Saturday, that it is signed and ready to go, in his opinion, that Nashville is getting the 2030 Super Bowl," Patrick revealed on The Dan Patrick Show. "I haven't seen any reports on this, and if there is a report on it, I'll acknowledge that, but this is what I was told on Saturday. Nashville is getting the 2030 Super Bowl, Vegas is getting the 2029 Super Bowl. 2027, Los Angeles, and then it's Atlanta in 2028."

Dan Patrick says that Nashville is slated to host Super Bowl in 2030

As Titans fans know, the team is entering the final year of playing at the current Nissan Stadium as we know it. In 2027, they'll begin playing at the New Nissan Stadium and this seems to have been enough to put Nashville on the map as far as hosting a Super Bowl is concerned.

Patrick reminded everyone that Los Angeles is hosting the upcoming Super Bowl, then Atlanta in 2028, and Las Vegas in 2029. L.A. and Vegas have new stadiums, which makes them appealing locations to host Super Bowls in and Atlanta hasn't been a stranger to hosting before either.

We're seeing teams in the non-typical locations attempting to build new stadiums that are domed or with retractable roofs to help throw their hats in the rings as far as hosting the big game. If Patrick's source is correct, the Titans have appeared to do this successfully.

It's exciting for Titans fans and the only thing cooler than their city hosting a Super Bowl is if their team could also be playing in the big game. There's still plenty of time for the Titans to get on that level so fingers crossed.
