The Tennessee Titans finally confirmed their undrafted free-agent class of 2025 prior to this past weekend's rookie minicamp. The Titans officially agreed to terms with 16 undrafted free agents. With rookie camp offering them their first opportunity to make a good impression, the onus is now on each hopeful to stake a claim ahead of OTAs and training camp.

Undrafted free agents must defy the odds to make the 53-man roster. Even a rebuilding team like the Titans possesses veteran depth that UDFAs must overcome. The margin for error is slim for a prospect who went undrafted, so maximum effort and seizing every opportunity is imperative to increasing their chances.

One undrafted free agent made the Titans' 53-man roster last year. Tight end David Martin-Robinson emerged as one of the biggest training camp surprises, securing his place. Martin-Robinson is now entering his second offseason with the Titans after making a good initial impression.

With that in mind, here are five undrafted free agents nobody saw coming who could steal roster spots on the Titans in 2025.

UDFAs nobody saw coming who could steal Titans roster spots

Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami

Xavier Restrepo is the Titans' most popular UDFA after playing alongside No. 1 overall quarterback Cam Ward at Miami last season. Restrepo was Ward's go-to playmaker, recording a team-high 69 receptions for 1,127 yards. That built-in chemistry could help him make the roster. Treylon Burks, Jha'Quan Jackson, and Bryce Oliver are the fellow back-end wideouts competing for spots.

Brendan Crenshaw-Dickson, OT, Florida

The Titans reportedly gave offensive tackle Brendan Crenshaw-Dickson $245,000 in guarantees, per Tom Pelissero. That signals how much interest they had in his services. Crenshaw-Dickson should receive every opportunity imaginable to dethrone the underwhelming duo of Jaelyn Duncan and John Ojukwu for swing tackle duties.

Devonte O'Malley, DT, Northern Illinois

Devonte O'Malley posted eye-popping testing numbers during the pre-draft process, running a reported 4.95 at pro day. The undersized 6-foot-2, 284 pound interior defensive linemen also recorded 8.0 sacks this past season. O'Malley's path to the 53-man roster became more complicated after the Titans re-signed James Lynch last week, so he'll have to seize every opportunity.

David Gbenda, LB, Texas

The Titans possess a ton of question marks at off-ball linebacker. Will one of Cedric Gray, James Williams, or Otis Reese IV emerge to capture the starting gig opposite free-agent addition Cody Barton? All those questions create a pathway for David Gbenda, the undrafted linebacker out of Texas who recorded 61 tackles and five tackles for loss in 2024.

Jermari Harris, CB, Iowa

Former Iowa cornerback Jermari Harris produced 27 pass breakups in 27 career starts. The Titans probably have five cornerbacks who are assured roster spots in L'Jarius Sneed, Roger McCreary, Jarvis Brownlee Jr., Darrell Baker Jr., and Marcus Harris. Can Harris compete for that sixth and final spot? Production and athleticism are present.
