Azeez Ojulari, EDGE
New York Giants edge rusher Azeez Ojulari has dealt with an up and down NFL career to this point. After an 8.0 sack rookie season, the young pass rusher combined for 8.0 sacks across his second and third seasons combined. Ojulari has had a bounce back season with 6.0 sacks through 10 games, but it remains to be seen if the Giants can afford to bring him back given the resources invested in starting duo Kayvon Thibodeaux and Brian Burns.
Ojulari has impressive length and is quick off the line of scrimmage, both traits that helped him become a second-round draft pick. When healthy, the Georgia alum has proven the ability to impact the quarterback in both a starting role and as a situational pass rusher.
Ojulari is only 24 years old and would fill a massive need for the Titans, who rank 26th in the league in sacks. Current edge rusher Arden Key could be a cut candidate this offseason as a post-June 1st designation would save the team $7 million according to Over The Cap. Even if Key returns, the Titans could look to upgrade the pass rush opposite Harold Landry and provide some much needed depth to a thin unit.
