Titans vs Commanders Prediction and Pick
The Titans are only 2.5-point favorites as I write this, and I love their chances to win by at least a field goal. Carson Wentz and Washington’s offense has looked dreadful, ranking dead-last in yards per play (4.6) and 22nd in turnovers per game.
With a poor defense that ranks 25th in opponent yards per play, it’s no wonder the Commanders are just 1-3 with three straight embarrassing losses. Tennessee, meanwhile, covered the spread in each of its last two wins (both upsets) thanks to a revitalized Derrick Henry, who should continue to find success.
Derrick Henry’s 22-114-1 line was incredibly impressive today, especially since the Colts came in with the NFL’s best rush defense. Henry exactly doubled (5.2 to 2.6) the YPC Indy had given up over the first three weeks.

Great effort by both Henry and the OL.
If King Henry can find running room against Indy, he’ll have a field day against a Washington defense that allows 4.4 yards per carry (16th in NFL). Stud rookie wideout Jahan Dotson, who leads the Commanders in Receiving TDs, is expected to miss this week too. Thus, the Titans will score and Washington should struggle to keep up.
Feel comfortable backing Tennessee as road favorites and continue the Commanders’ miserable season.
