1. Marcus Johnson

There weren’t many games where Marcus Johnson was healthy in 2021, but he still managed to turn one of his three starts into a 100-yard game.

This is the most likely fit for the Titans because they are a team that tends to bring back players that they have worked with in the past. MyCole Pruitt, Corey Levin, D’Onta Foreman, Mason Kinsey, Will Compton, Joshua Kalu, the list goes on and on.

If the Titans like Josh Gordon, but they don’t think that he has the same fastball then Johnson would be a great person to pair up with him.

The odds are that Johnson won’t play a full season, but when he is on the field he is going to provide a spark. He has the quickness to get away from cornerbacks and he has the long speed to turn short passes into big plays.

Is he someone that you want to have in camp? No, because that would mean cutting someone that you liked despite not being able to trust him to play a full season. However, he is the perfect receiver to add if you want to temporarily replace someone like Racey McMath since Johnson can also be an explosive player that plays special teams snaps.
