Ranking the best landing spots Harold Landry III: 4. Atlanta Falcons

Quarterbacks that walked onto the field against the Atlanta Falcons were fairly confident that no matter what went wrong, they would have a fairly strong pocket and their jersey would be clean enough to wear the following week.

Upfront, the Falcons defensively gave quarterbacks absolutely nothing to worry about. By the time their 17 game season came to an end, the Falcons were the worst team by far in terms of getting their hands on the quarterback, finishing the year with just 18 sacks. In comparison, the Philadelphia Eagles were the second worse in that department but at least they registered 29. That isn’t much but it almost doubles the Falcons production, just going to show you how awful they were in sacking the QB.

Landry would be everything this team needs and more in that department. To show just how horrific the Falcons were in that statical category, Landry and his 12 sacks were more than the Falcons five leaders in total sacks combined this year.

If the Falcons want to turn their defense around quick, fast, and in a hurry – they need to throw as much money as they can in the direction of Landry.
