Tennessee Titans top concerns ahead of Monday Night Football versus Bills
Can the Tennessee Titans keep Ryan Tannehill on his feet?
For whatever reason, the Tennessee Titans have had their issues with pass protection, but they’ve had some sustained success in clearing the path for Derrick Henry in the running game. Go figure.
Each member of the offensive line has regressed. Tannehill has been beaten up, but all hope isn’t lost.
Sometimes, you don’t have to replace the engine. Sometimes, it simply needs a tuneup. If Tennessee can get the guys rolling along the offensive front, this unit might be on the verge of an explosion.
Until then, every time Ryan Tannehill goes down, you can expect Titans fans to hold their breath as they wonder if the next shot Ryan takes winds up being the one that knocks QB1 out of action for an extended period of time.
To make matters worse, though so much is made about the Bill’s offense (and rightfully so), it’s their defense that could wind up making the difference and having the biggest impact on how this one turns out. They enter Week 6 with 14 sacks on the season. That won’t make Tannehill sleep any easier as it appears that another long four quarters is on its way.
