Tennessee Titans game balls following Week 5’s win

It wasn’t hard to find a few studs after this one. Let’s hand out some game balls.

Stud: Derrick Henry, running back

The Derrick Henry train keeps chugging along, and thank goodness for that. Perhaps you’ve heard. In Week 5, he notched 130 yards on 29 carries, and he found his way into the end zone three times. This guy is simply magnificent.

Stud: Kevin Byard, safety

The Tennessee Titans defense has been quite the frustrating unit, but guys like Kevin Byard (and performances like the one he delivered in Week 5), give us hope. He had ten tackles and forced two turnovers, one of which he returned for a touchdown versus Jacksonville.

Stud: Harold Landry, linebacker

Harold Landry was third on the team in tackles in Week 5, and he registered a pair of sacks. That’s good enough for a game ball in our book. Keep the momentum going, young man!

Stud: Ryan Tannehill, quarterback

As long as Ryan Tannehill keeps taking the beating that he’s taking and keeps getting up, he’s going to make the studs list. Dang, this guy is tough, and his numbers were decent too. No receiver caught more than three passes, but Tannehill hit seven different receivers and completed 14 passes for 197 yards and a touchdown.
