After having to fight tooth and nail and scratching and clawing their way to a 2-1 record, the Tennessee Titans are still right where we thought they’d be after three weeks of the NFL season, in their rightful position atop the AFC South.

Though there are no easy games in the NFL, Week 4’s game versus the New York Jets will hopefully be less stressful than Tennessee’s first three. Here are some of the specifics as kickoff nears.

Titans Injury Report vs Jets Week 4

The following Titans have been ruled out for today’s game versus the Jets:

  • A.J. Brown, wide receiver (hamstring)
  • Julio Jones, wide receiver (hamstring)
  • Bud Dupree, linebacker (knee)
  • Caleb Farley, cornerback (shoulder)
  • Larrell Murchison, defensive lineman (elbow)
  • Brett Kern, punter (groin)

Safety Marcus Maye (ankle) and fellow wide receivers Elijah Moore and Jeff Smith are both out for the Jets. Both are in the NFL’s concussion protocol. As of 6 a.m. CST, wide receiver Jamison Crowder (groin), tight end Tyler Kroft (rib), and running back La’Mical Perine (COVID-19) are all questionable and game-time decisions.

Titans Injury Update on Julio Jones and A.J. Brown

After all the talk about all of the fireworks that we could expect from the talented duo of Julio Jones and A.J. Brown at wide receiver, we’ve seen one or the other shine while the other man struggles or sits out. In Week 4, they’re both out.

Bud Dupree and Caleb Farley, two guys we thought would start at the beginning of the season, are out as well, and that’s becoming more of a concern by the week.

Titans vs Jets Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Week 4

WynnBET’s Week 4 NFL odds favor the Titans by 6.5 points on the road, and while that should attract anyone looking to wager on the point spread, that number could have easily been both a double-digit margin and still been seen as being a realistic one.

As the favs, Tennessee has a -270 moneyline. +230 is the moneyline for the 0-3/underdog Jets. The over/under has been set at 44.5 points. Making a wager on the spread looks like a nice play for anyone looking to cash in.
