2. The Tennessee Titans must create better field position in the return game.

This one’s a big one. Check out what Coach said.

"That is Chester Rogers and also our kickoff return unit. I mean, that’s the unit where – let’s get one out to the 35-yard line, if we’re returning to kickoff for whatever reason, continue that. I think our punt return is headed down the right track, and we’ve got to get this return unit going to give us some shorter fields that we can go and score touchdowns when we get down in the red zone."

This one is oddly specific but still rings true. Vrabel calls out Chester Rogers by name, and Rogers has indeed started to cement a reputation for himself on special teams. In three games, Rodgers has returned three punts for 76 yards with a long of 18, and seven kicks for 114 yards with a long of 19.

If Rogers can up his return yardage even just a tad higher and get the Titans farther down the field, well, Derrick Henry (and other offensive stars) can probably do the rest. Keep an eye on Rogers’ explosive return plays that could very well burn through the Jets’ defense.
