Tennessee Titans versus Arizona scouting report: Cardinals to watch on offense

Perhaps you’ve heard. The Cardinals are loaded on offense, and this team has some expectations of their own. This is year three for Kliff Kingsbury, and rumor has it that his coaching seat is a little warmer than it once was.

Here are some of the guys on offense that will again help him prove that he’s one of the NFL’s bright young minds.

Kyler Murray, quarterback

The former Heisman Trophy winner has earned the respect of fans and media alike, and this offense will go as he goes. Kyler Murray is a highlight waiting to happen, but as is the case with Kingsbury, you’d like to see him win games more often.

Chase Edmonds, running back

As star-studded as this offense is, we don’t discuss the running back position often. This is year four for Chase Edmonds. He’s normally seen a reserve role, but he’s the starter now. What might he do with the opportunity?

DeAndre Hopkins, wide receiver

Perhaps the game’s best receiver now, DeAndre Hopkins, A.J. Green, and Christian Kirk will give the Tennessee Titans secondary fits all afternoon.

A.J. Green, wide receiver

He isn’t quite the legend that Larry Fitzgerald is, but A.J. Green has been one of the game’s best receivers for a long time, and for the first time ever, he’ll play ball for someone other than the Cincinnati Bengals.

D.J. Humphries, left tackle

His job is to watch the blindside of Kyler Murray. The Tennessee Titans have improved their pass rush. D.J. Humphries will attempt to neutralize its effectiveness. Something has to give.
