Tennessee Titans CB Greg Mabin is toeing the line for a roster spot.

If you read Titan Sized frequently and you’re feeling like you just read something recently stating that stated Greg Mabin is someone that could be left off of the roster, have no fear. Your eyes aren’t deceiving you. He’s also on a recently published list of Tennessee Titans veterans that could be left off of the 53-man roster this Summer.

That’s how close the battles are for some of these guys. One day it feels like Chris Jackson has a slight edge. The next day it feels like he’s staring up on the depth chart towards Greg Mabin. On other days still, it feels like the Titans may not keep either one of them.

These are two guys who are locked in a battle seemingly with Kevin Peterson and Breon Borders for a roster spot as the vibe is, and has been for months, that rookie Caleb Farley, Jackrabbit Jenkins, Kristian Fulton, and Elijah Molden are the locks to make the Titans roster at the cornerback position.

Obviously, we’ll have to wait and see what happens, but in the meantime, keep an eye on the depth chart at corner. These guys figure to be shuffled a few more times before we are ready to start breaking down the first 53-man roster come the beginning of September.
