Tennessee Titans quarterback DeShone Kizer

Okay, we get it. At least we all probably should get it. There’s not a whole lot that you can say about 0-15, but come on. That was a bad Cleveland Browns team. We aren’t talking about Kevin Stefanski’s guys or anything.

Ever since his rookie campaign in 2017, that 0-15 win-loss total he’s accumulated as a starting quarterback in the NFL has followed DeShone Kizer around like that dust and dirt trail follows Pig-Pen on those old Peanuts cartoons, but hey, he’s a Titan now. Let’s give the guy some love.

If Ryan Tannehill can turn things around with a change of scenery and a better coaching staff, then, doggone it, DeShone Kizer has every chance at becoming a serviceable quarterback that can win a few games if Tannehill goes down and has to miss a few games here and there.

He’s gotten some rave reviews out of offseason workouts so far, and even though we should all take that with a grain of salt because there were no pads and no live bullets being thrown in his direction due to him donning one of the red Titans jerseys, Kizer could showcase some arm talent in the preseason, especially if he’s facing second and third-string defenses.
