Tennessee Titans schedule: Caleb Farley’s 5 most interesting matchups in 2021
Metcalf is one of those guys that the Tennessee Titans wish they had on their side.
It’s been two years, and there’s absolutely nothing to dislike about D.K. Metcalf. Let’s be honest. If there was we have been picking him apart for it by now. Two years into what will be an amazing NFL career if he continues on the path that he’s on, Metcalf has appeared in 35 games with 34 starts if you include what he’s done in the postseason, and he’s hauled in 157 receptions for 2518 receiving yards and 20 trips to the end zone.
Metcalf and Farley are both burners. These guys can pick them up and put them down, but D.K. is two inches taller than Farley and 22 pounds heavier. One has to wonder if the height and weight advantage would play a factor with these guys lining up across from each other during the Titans’ second game of the season.
This one is also on the road and follows another difficult NFC West clash in Week 1, one that pits Tennessee against a very game Arizona Cardinals squad. Farley will only be two games into his NFL career at that point, so you have to wonder if experience (as well as all of that size Metcalf possesses) will give D.K. a slight advantage in their matchup.
