Here’s a guess on five potential Tennessee Titans primetime games.

The Tennessee Titans are the defending AFC South champions and will see themselves in multiple primetime games as a result. Which five matchups could we see under the lights from the 2021 schedule?

The NFL is announcing the 2021 schedule on Wednesday and this year’s slate will be a tough one for the Tennessee Titans. Not only do they play a first-place schedule after having won the AFC South last season but they’ll also get the distinct honor of playing the NFC West this year, which happens to be the most difficult division in all of football.

While that makes the games tougher, it also means the Titans should be a pretty consistent entry in primetime games this year, which hasn’t necessarily been the case in recent years. Here are five matchups from the 2021 schedule that could land in primetime.

Tennessee Titans primetime matchups – No. 5: Seattle Seahawks

Ever since Russell Wilson became the Seahawks’ starter in 2012, they’ve been a force in the NFL and always have several primetime games each year. The Seahawks and Titans would be a fun game for primetime because these are two really good teams and they’ll be looking to stay at the top of their divisions again this year.

The Seahawks were once a defense-first kind of a team but the Legion of Boom days are long gone. Now, Wilson is the driving force behind why Seattle is competitive. This could be a high-scoring affair, as neither team’s defense was anything to write home about while both offenses were ranked in the top 10.

Seattle will have their fair share of primetime games, so the Titans might not be one of the more intriguing opponents on their schedule but these are two competitive teams that could give us a wild shootout in primetime. This game takes place in Seattle, which could tip the scale in the Seahawks’ favor.
