After careful study, it’s time to grade the Tennessee Titans eight draft selections.

Well, the 2021 NFL Draft is in the books, and the Tennessee Titans have some new guys on the team that fans will want to get to know. The general manager, Jon Robinson entered his sixth draft needing to patch several holes on a much-changed roster.

The team watched several impact players sign elsewhere in free agency last month, including Corey Davis, Jonnu Smith, and Adoree Jackson. The Titans won the AFC South in 2020 for the first time in over a decade, but it was made clear the status quo was not to remain the same for 2021.

Prior to the draft, many pundits were predicting the team would select a wide receiver, or perhaps an offensive tackle, and there was a good reason for that. The team lost their number two wideout and also said goodbye to the failed experiment of 2020 first-round pick Isaiah Wilson, a right tackle out of Georgia. As has been the case, however, and has been the case under Robinson, the Titans did not draft the position most analysts were expecting.

With the 22nd pick of the 2021 NFL Draft, the Titans selected Caleb Farley, a cornerback out of Virginia Tech. Perhaps this pick shouldn’t be all that surprising, given the Titans’ focus on adding defensive talent in free agency.

With that being said, let’s get into the grades.
