Predicting every Tennessee Titans pick on second day of 2021 NFL Draft
By Will Lomas
The Tennessee Titans select Brady Christiansen at pick
This is going to be a tough choice because if the Titans fill their needs at cornerback and wide receiver, there really isn’t a glaring need left.
People talk about the holes on the Titans roster, but unless you can add a Pro Bowl talent to most of these positions, the rookie that comes in this summer isn’t going to make a huge impact in Week 1.
When you know that, it’s easy to state that Christiansen is a player that Jon Robinson would love given his history. Is he six-foot0six or taller? Yes, he is. Does he have a long resume as a starter? Yes, he does, Try 38 games over the last three seasons on for size. Is he athletic? Not only is he athletic, but he is also one of the most athletic linemen that we have seen in the last 30-plus years according to RAS:
Some project him inside to guard due to his arm length, but that shouldn’t matter for the Titans. Their plans for him should be to groom him behind one of the best starting offensive lines in the NFL and then let him compete for a starting spot inside or outside whenever a change needs to be made.
Until then, he can be high-end insurance and a player that could be featured in jumbo packages.
