Tennessee Titans: Grading, ranking their remaining 2020 NFL Draft class
Expect a leap by this Tennessee Titans budding star in Year 2.
Things got off to a relatively decent start for Kristian Fulton in Year 1 as a member of the Tennessee Titans. That’s exactly what you want from you second-rounders, and this organization couldn’t have been any happier after snagging a guy some graded as a first-rounder in Round 2.
Fulton made his Titans debut versus the Denver Broncos in Week 1 and snagged his first career interception versus the rival Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2, but that would be about it for the rookie from LSU.
Time on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, inactive sheet, and injured reserve robbed us all of a full 16-game sample size to see what Fulton had to offer. You also know it’s ‘out of sight and out of mind’ for these NFL stars, but a healthy and productive return in 2021 is possible. As a matter of fact, it should be expected.
Let’s all reconvene at the season’s end, compare notes, and see where Fulton is then. There’s no reason to believe that 2021 can’t be both a bounceback and breakout year (if that can be said after an injury-ladened debut. Grade: C
