Whose ideal Titans mock draft did it better: Mel Kiper or Chad Reuter

Who nailed the Titans top draft picks?

We are nearly two weeks away from one of the biggest NFL Drafts in recent memory for the Tennessee Titans.

The roster is going to look completely different from the start of last season and even without the draft, there are going to be new starters at right tackle, wide receiver, tight end, EDGE, defensive tackle, cornerback, and safety.

More of those positions could be up for debate though and positions of need for the Titans are starting to shake out with receiver, cornerback, defensive lineman, tight end, EDGE, and offensive tackle all having strong arguments for top-100 selections.

In the last 24 hours or so, Chad Reuter of NFL.com released his “ideal draft” for each team with their selections in the first two rounds. In that same time frame, Mel Kiper released his latest 2021 NFL Mock Draft that projected the top-64 picks in the draft.

Both analysts are highly respected and I thought it would be a good exercise to look at the selections that both made, but more importantly the analysis.

From their vantage point or from people that they talk to inside front offices, are some weaknesses that stand out over others, and are there some prospects that seem like they are going to fall right into the Titans’ laps?

Most importantly, after all of the information is on the table, which mock draft would you rather see the Titans actually walk away with?
