#5 and #6

6. J.C. Jackson, CB (RFA)

-This is a hard one to rank because the Titans would have to give up a 2nd round pick to sign him in addition to a new contract. However, I think this is right about where my excitement level would be because, on one hand, Jon Robinson does his best work on Day 2 of the NFL Draft.

On the other hand, he is a 26-year-old cornerback with some versatility who has the second-most interceptions in the NFL over the last three years including 9 interceptions last year alone! It is hard to find a better second round pick than that (usually).

5. Kyle Van Noy, LB

-KVN dropped down this list while I was writing it because the Titans re-signed Jayon Brown. However, I still think that he should be viewed as a replacement for Rashaan Evans in his role as a hybrid LB/EDGE. He would give this defense stability and some leadership in the middle of the field.
