Quarterback

Starters returning (1 of 1): Ryan Tannehill

There is an increasingly likely chance that Ryan Tannehill is going to be the only starting QB returning to the AFC South next year. Deshaun Watson is basically asking for a trade, Phil Rivers is a free agent and he wasn’t playing his best football at the end of last season, and the Jaguars went 1-15 in 2020 and will probably draft Trevor Lawrence in the 1st round.

Continuity is great and it is really nice to be the one team in the AFC South with a strong starting quarterback that has the confidence of his team.

Running back

Starters returning (1 of 1): Derrick Henry

Key backup: Darrynton Evans, Jeremy McNichols

The King is back and he will be with the Tennessee Titans as long as it works out for both parties thanks to an extension that Jon Robinson signed him to before the 2020 season started.

It is interesting that the Titans have dual-threat back Darrynton Evans and pass blocking specialist/special teamer, Jeremy McNichols back on the roster next season on cheap deals. That flexibility and depth is a very nice thing to have and a year of offseason conditioning and recovery should do wonders for Evans.
