Which Titans need to prove their worth?

The playoffs are here for the Tennessee Titans because they are playing a game that they need to win in order to lock up a playoff spot.

Sure, there are plenty of ways that the Titans could still make the playoffs even with a loss to the Houston Texans, but after an embarrassing performance on national television, this has to be a game that the players and the coaching staff want to use as a palate cleanser.

The problem is, the loss to the Green Bay Packers wasn’t a fluke. There are players on this team who either need to step it up now, or they need to be players we talk about being replaced this offseason.

Now, you might know that I have been a big believer in the theory that Mike Vrabel and Shane Bowen’s combined lack of knowledge about…well I guess anything having to deal with defensive play-calling, has been the driving factor in the rapid downfall of the Titans defense.

That being said, that doesn’t mean that every player gets a free pass this year because they aren’t being coached well. Great players make plays even when they aren’t put in the perfect position to do so and there are players who seem like they are one bad play from giving up for the entire game.

So, which players need to earn their jobs for next season during this playoff run?
