8. New Orleans Saints (-1)

New Orleans is a great team, it just wasn’t their night against the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite a very competitive game, missing Michael Thomas (before the game) along with Cameron Jordan and Trey Hendrickson (during the game) was just too much for the Saints to overcome.

Obviously, this is the part where I talk about Drew Brees not looking like himself, but he was thrown directly into the fire after having nearly all of his ribs broken a month ago. I’m not going to completely write him off now and even if I did, we are only five years removed from Peyton Manning winning a ring with half of an arm.

7. Baltimore Ravens (+4)

The Ravens look fun again and they have played on fire on offense over the last two weeks. Whether or not they can sustain it is a different story, but for now, it looks like they have moved from a playoff afterthought back into a team that unbiased fans are excited to see in the playoffs.

With a lot of players still banged up and recovering, it might be time to start worrying about how good a healthy Ravens defense could look with the offense humming like this on the other side of the ball.
