Key stat: Kerry Hyder is a Robert Saleh success story

Robert Saleh seems destined for a head coaching job this offseason and nothing shows that more than how much more he is doing with his group of banged-up guys than Kyle Shanahan is with his group of banged up guys.

Specifically, look at how Saleh basically resurrected Kerry Hyder’s career. In limited time this season, he has taken Hyder who had an 8 sack season in 2016 (and then had just 2 sacks in 3 years) and has him a 7.5 sacks now with three games left.

21. New York Giants (-1)

Key stat: Daniel Jones has 28 fumbles in 25 games

I understand that there are glimmers of hope from Jones every few games, but he is basically a guarantee to fumble or turn the ball over every single game. Maybe you can overcome that in some games, but today he had 3 fumbles and that just is going to get you killed.

How long will coaches ignore that?
