28. Atlanta Falcons (-1)

Key stat: Calvin Ridley has more TDs and nearly more yards in his first three years than Julio Jones did.

Ridley has been a lock for at least 800 yards since his rookie season, but now he is getting into territory where we need to put more respect on his name. With Julio Jones getting older and missing more and more time, it isn’t crazy to start thinking about what is next for the Falcons offense.

Well, don’t worry Falcons fans because Ridley’s start is very promising. Here are his stats compared to Julio’s first three years:

Ridley: 40 games, 2,716 yards, 25 TDs

Jones: 34 games, 2,737 yards, 20 TDs

27. Carolina Panthers (-3)

Key stat: D.J. Moore is even more productive than Calvin Ridley

Both players are great and it isn’t meant as a dig to either guy that they are mentioned in this context. However, it looks like the Panthers made the right call snagging Moore two picks before the Falcons drafted Ridley.

Despite a revolving door at quarterback, Moore has had more yards than Ridley. To be fair, Ridley gets the nod for touchdowns, but he also wasn’t on a team with Christian McCaffrey and Cam Newton eating up redzone touches.
