6. Seattle Seahawks (+5)

Key stat: New career-high for Russ

Russell Wilson had another massive game both on paper (four touchdowns) and the ninth win of the season. Sticking with the stats, it is a little bit surprising that it has already happened, but Wilson set a new career-high in passing touchdowns with 36.

You wouldn’t think that 36 would be his career-high when you look around the league and see the numbers that other QBs are putting up. Still, it is the year of letting Russ cook so it is good to see that bearing fruit.

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+1)

Key stat: Shaq Barrett closing in on huge numbers.

Shaq Barrett looked like he might be sort of a one-year wonder last year when he led the NFL in sacks with 20.5. While his season started off slowly, he has five sacks in his last five games including two today.

Right now Barrett is sitting at 27.5 sacks and if he keeps up that one-per-game rate that he has been working with, then he will break 30 sacks in two seasons which is very impressive.
