18. Miami Dolphins (+0)

I’m not going to give teams points for beating the Jets, but I almost gave the Dolphins points for their ability to just switch quarterbacks from Tua to Fitzpatrick with basically no repercussions.

Sure, Fitzpatrick took some sacks but the offense feels more dangerous with the bearded one at quarterback and I won’t apologize for liking fun football.

I feel like one of the wildcard spots is going to come down to the Dolphins and Patriots and Brian Flores has a huge choice to make heading down the stretch run of this season. Will he “let Tua rest his thumb” or will he stay the course and play the rookie?

17. Chicago Bears (+0)

Ugh. The Bears are going to be an 8-8ish team that will make the playoffs if everyone in the NFC crumbles but really has no business being there. They may be the least fun team to watch in the NFL right now, especially when they have the ball.

No one on that roster has any confidence in the offense and it is starting to bleed through to the defense who wasn’t great this weekend against the Green Bay Packers.

They just gave up a lot of picks to get Khalil Mack, but this may be a situation where they need to make another trade in order to go up and get a quarterback in the 2021 NFL Draft. Otherwise, what are we even doing here?
