22. New York Giants (+0)

The Giants had their bye week this week and didn’t move in the NFL power rankings. Coincidentally, they are still the highest-ranked team in the NFC East and this race is going to come down to the wire now that the Washington Football Team is starting to look really frisky.

21.Carolina Panthers (+4)

Carolina is just constantly a happy surprise. While no one should have any postseason hopes for them, the fact that they keep improving despite plenty of injuries to key players like their All-Pro running back or their starting quarterback is a testament to how well this team is coached.

Brian Burns is becoming the star that he was always meant to be and the Panthers are looking like a team that is a quarterback and a healthy offseason away from making some real noise in the NFC.

Have they been too successful to get a top QB prospect? This might be a team to watch in a big trade up during the draft.
