Week 11 NFL Power Rankings: Giants get hot, Cardinals thrill

30. Jacksonville Jaguars (+1)
Look who got out of the basement! Sure, they didn’t win, but they nearly beat one of the best teams in the NFL in the Green Bay Packers and they continue to prove that they are not going to lay down for anyone.
If you want to take solace in this lost season, Josh Allen, Sidney Jones, and others on the defense look really good. Going forward with two first-round picks, you can safely say that the top pick will be a quarterback, but there are enough pieces on both sides to really just focus on hitting a homerun somewhere with that other high pick.
29. Washington (+1)
Alex Smith is definitely an improvement over any other quarterback on that roster, even without the mobility that used to make him a harder player to defend against.
Nothing about this team is great, but they have young talent at nearly every position. Terry McLaurin, Chase Young, Antonio Gibson, Montez Sweat, all of those guys, and more have the chance to be very good pieces on this team.
The dream is to finally add a difference-making quarterback to this team and see them elevate the rest of the roster, and with the way the season is going, they will have a chance at someone good in April.
