20. Philadelphia Eagles (+1)

Despite a bye week, the Philadelphia Eagles actually take the Lions spot because of just how poorly the Lions did this week. With the power rankings pushing more bad teams down (which you are probably tired of hearing at this point) it makes it easy to elevate the Eagles a spot.

19. Indianapolis Colts (+0)

I have been hard on the Colts in these power rankings because I think they are a team that wins because they can feed off of big plays created by the defense.

The “interception” from Philip Rivers today wasn’t fair, but it is just the reversal of all of the lucky drops he has had from defenders too kind to expose someone they looked up to for a long time in the early 2000s.

Even if you exclude that pick, Rivers has been bad all season and he is averaging just over 1 TD per game which puts him right near the bottom of the list of full-time starters next to Daniel Jones, Sam Darnold, Matt Ryan, and Carson Wentz.

Despite big names that people are excited about without actually watching, the offense is still underproducing and against the three teams with winning records that they have played this year, they are 1-2 losing by a combined 67-52.
