Week 10 NFL Power Rankings: Pittsburgh Steelers feel fake
By Will Lomas
22.Cincinnati Bengals (+2)
Cincinnati doesn’t play this week thanks to a bye, but their win against the Tennessee Titans looks even better on a bye week so I am cheating a little bit and giving them double credit.
For the Bengals, the good news is that despite them actually being good at football, they still find themselves near the top of the 2021 NFL Draft order thanks to an incredible run of bad teams winning games that they probably shouldn’t or that they weren’t expected to.
The Bengals are situated as the perfect team to trade down for someone looking to add one of the “other” quarterbacks this year, and that could lead to a bidding war and a team like Washington giving up multiple picks to get a guy on a team that could be close.
I’m looking too far ahead, but after more time to look at what this team is and how they can win games, I think they are dangerous now and even more dangerous in 2021.
21. New England Patriots (+2)
The New England Patriots play on Monday Night Football, but unlike the Jets, the Patriots benefited from some teams taking tumbles down the power rankings.
