Bears vs Titans: Betting Odds and Lines

Tennessee opened as 6.5-point favorites at home against the Bears, according to the Action Network. The Titans have been shockingly bad at covering the spread this season with only two covers, and almost as shocking is that the Bears have covered the spread five times this year.

The Titans (-270) are heavy favorites against the Bears (+230). Tennessee has had a series of one-possession games and that is in large part thanks to the terrible defense, something that Vegas doesn’t seem to be too concerned with this week.

Meanwhile, the Bears have found victories against the Bucs and Panthers but lost to the Rams and Colts. Neither looking great or looking terrible in any of those games which isn’t very helpful.

The over/under is set at 46.5 points. The Titans late-game comeback attempt gave them the cover, putting them 5-1-1 on the season. The Titans have had one of the more explosive offenses in the NFL this season, despite their signs of slowing down recently. Pairing that with a porous defense, most of the Titans games have been shoot-outs.
