Khalil Mack, EDGE

Everyone knows who Khalil Mack is, and what he brings to the table as an EDGE. So while his name almost goes without saying, you might not know exactly what he has been up to this season. He is a monster on the perimeter and a nightmare for quarterbacks.

Khalil Mack started his career with the Oakland Raiders, which was the last time he played the Titans in 2017. The Raiders beat the Titans in that game 26-16, where Mack had a pretty good game. He finished with three total tackles, two of them tackle for loss and one pass deflection.

Mack is having a pretty good season so far this year, after having sort of a down year statistically in 2019. Last year Mack finished with 8.5 sacks and 47 tackles. This year, Mack is off to one of the hottest starts of his career with 6.5 sacks in the book already and half a season left on the table.

Mack has had a sack in four straight games, predominantly rushing from the defensive right side vs the left tackle. The Tennessee Titans offensive line and Ryan Tannehill have been pretty good at keeping sack numbers low, but this is definitely something to watch since Taylor Lewan is on the shelf with that unfortunate ACL injury.
