24. Cincinnati Bengals (+3)

Right now, beating the Tennessee Titans defense is incredibly easy because Mike Vrabel and that coaching staff can’t figure out how to stop a nosebleed. However, there should be something said about Joe Burrow playing a pretty spotless game in strong winds that required him to pass more than he would normally have to (in those situations).

Oh, and did I mention that the scraps of an offensive line that they put out on the field today that included 4 backups, allowed 0 sacks today and it is hard to even notice that dropoff.

This has to be encouraging for Bengals fans who have seen the team suffer some heartbreaking losses lately that have left the Bengals in the bottom half of these power rankings.

23. New England Patriots (-3)

Cam Newton is probably done for the year, not due to injury but just because he looks like he has lost that spark that made him a unique and impossible to defend weapon on offense.

In these power rankings, the Patriots have finally become one of the worst teams in the NFL after years of being ranked with a single digit for most of a decade.

The Patriots are reportedly looking to sell off some parts and the big name is Stephon Gilmore. If he can be had for a reasonable price, nearly every good team in the NFL should be competing for him to try to help elevate them to Super Bowl contenders.
