2. Kansas City Chiefs (+0)

The Kansas City Chiefs didn’t teach us much with a win against the New York Jets, but at least they can handle their business, unlike the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers who made fools of themselves.

Patrick Mahomes had an average day by his standards with just 5 touchdowns as he effortlessly carved up the Jets “defense” before finishing the game on the bench for the second straight week.

1. Pittsburgh Steelers (+0)

It was a close game, but in the end, the best team won and the Pittsburgh Steelers have put together a better two-game stretch than any other team in the NFL.

For me, it all starts with the Steelers defense and T.J. Watt is quickly catching up to his brother when you talk about players that consistently dominate year in and year out. It would not surprise me if he was the DPOY.

Offensively, the Steelers do just enough to win and they are the rare team that can call themselves the best in the NFL without great QB play.

Going forward you have to expect that the Steelers will be able to keep this up and it is getting hard to see how they don’t finish with a 14-2 or 15-1 record this season.
