10. Arizona Cardinals (+0)

The Arizona Cardinals were on a bye week this week, so their spot in the power rankings won’t change this week.

9. Tennessee Titans (-1)

Useless. Pathetic. Poorly coached. Take your pick of negative adjectives and you too can describe the Titans defense.

The sad thing is, this was a game where the Titans didn’t need to win, but a win would have helped them get a bad taste out of their mouths after the loss to the Steelers. This could have been the cleanser that helped them move on before they had to take on the Bears, Colts twice, and the Ravens who are all 5-2.

You feel bad for the offense who has had to put up with a defense all season that looks like they have spent every practice staring at a wall watching paint dry.

These rankings are only kind to them because Derrick Henry is looking better and better, meanwhile other teams are failing to close the distance between themselves and a team that started 5-0 and now sits at 5-2.
