14. L.A. Rams (-2)

The Rams have lost two of their last three games now, and their only win was that atrocity against the Bears that no one should have been forced to watch.

Aaron Donald is almost single-handedly keeping this team above average in these power rankings, but those people who are still convinced that Jared Goff is anything other than average (on his best days) need to do some soul searching.

Despite the Rams’ love for passing the ball, their run game actually looks pretty good and this might be a team that is going to lean on running and YAC from this talented group of running backs if they are going to make the playoffs this season.

13. Chicago Bears (+0)

At this point, the Chicago Bears seem to do something similar to every game. They struggle to move the ball on offense, do their best to control the game with defense and special teams, and then hope for their trio of playmakers at wide receiver to bail them out later in the game.

It is hard to penalize a team in the power rankings when you go to overtime with a team that is ranked ahead of you and you do that on a week with less rest than the other team. So, the Bears get to stay at 13 and we know that they are going to be a tough out for opposing teams even if you can’t really put your finger on why they are so difficult to beat.
