Week 9 NFL Power Rankings

In a week full of upsets there have been some big changes to the NFL Power Rankings this week.

While the Pittsburgh Steelers remained unbeaten, the next section of teams didn’t blow away the competition. It is starting to feel like the Steelers are the top team in the NFL by a wider margin than anyone would have expected to start the season, but more on them (way) later.

Let’s start with an old friend.

32. New York Jets (+0)

There wasn’t much hope for the Jets this week as the squared off with the Kansas City Chiefs but unlike some games featuring teams at the top of the power rankings, this game went exactly according to script.

This team is utterly ineffective on each side of the ball and the Jets provided little resistance as the Chiefs marched on to their next opponent.

31. Jacksonville Jaguars (+0)

The Jacksonville Jaguars were on a bye week this week, so their spot in the power rankings won’t change this week.
