More trades Titans!

People were begging for a change and the Tennessee Titans delivered with a trade for Desmond King.

That is great news for a few reasons. First, the willingness to make a midseason trade for a player that is going to be a free agent after the season, speaks to what this team wants to do.

This isn’t a team that is content with being terrible on defense, but good enough to win despite that because of a great offense. Instead, they see a massive issue in the secondary and they have started to fix that.

Secondly, they made a great trade from a value and fit standpoint. Giving up a 6th round pick for a player who has All-Pro history as a slot corner is big when you remember that position has been largely unsettled all season.

Finally, they added a player who can be a part of this team long term and who can step in with an immediate role. This isn’t “best player available” nonsense or anything like that, this is a player acquired for a purpose and with a clear plan in mind.

So, with that, I wanted to look at four moves that I want to see the Titans make before the deadline in 24 hours.

Let’s start with one of the biggest name.
