24. Carolina Panthers (+0)

The Panthers seem like they are on a crash course to be the 20th best team in these power rankings.

Despite playing some good football, they just don’t seem to have to horses to be above average.

I should say, Brian Burns looks very good and if they had Christian McCaffery then this team would probably be a 5-2 team and not a 3-4 team. However, just listing these teams as best to worse, I have a hard time giving the Panthers more credit than this.

23. Philadelphia Eagles (+0)

Carson Wentz managed to pull that came out on Thursday, but it is hard to feel any better about this team now than we did a week ago in the power rankings.

Right now the Eagles look bad as a whole from coaching down to the injury-depleted roster, but the thing keeping them afloat is that every now and then, you get glimpses of the good Carson Wentz that makes you see that he can be really successful if he is given any help at all.

I think 2020 is going to go down for a lost season for Philly, but at the very least they look like the one team in the division with a QB that they don’t have to replace immediately.
