2. Kansas City Chiefs (+2)

The Chiefs have started their climb up the power rankings again after falling to Vegas two weeks ago, but I didn’t expect it to go quite this quickly.

You could make a case for the Bucs, Titans, Seahawks, Packers, or Ravens here, but honestly, I don’t know how many teams would elect to play the Chiefs instead of any of those teams.

We have seen the Chiefs dominate on the ground for the past two weeks and right now it is like Andy Reid is trying to tell the NFL that he is in a class of his own and that he doesn’t really need to fire his big gun (Mahomes) to beat teams like the Bills or the Broncos.

This is a team that is going to win a tough division and make the playoffs and they can attack you in any way that they want. Now they are just fine-tuning their playbook and sharpening their skills to make sure that they can hit you where you are weakest.

1. Pittsburgh Steelers (+0)

The top team in these power rankings, the game the Titans and Steelers played ended up close at the end but that was thanks to a bunch of unforced errors by Big Ben. Despite all of that bad play, they still went into Nashville and beat the unbeaten Tennessee Titans.

Until another team steps up and puts together a two week stretch like the Steelers have done for the last two games, we can’t really talk about anyone else as the potential top team in the NFL.
