Big Titans free agent decisions looming.
The Tennessee Titans are 5-0 and they haven’t played a game with all of their key starters in place.
In fact, with the news that Taylor Lewan is going on injured reserve with a torn ACL (man, that hurts to type) you could make the argument that the Titans won’t have a game all season where their top-10 players all play.
With those top players out, the Tennessee Titans have had to give a lot of people snaps. Players like Darryton Evans, Adoree Jackson, Taylor Lewan, and Corey Davis have lost snaps to players that no one thought would make an impact coming into the season like Jeremy McNichols, Johnathan Joseph, Ty Sambrailo, and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.
So right now the Titans have 24 players who have taken snaps on offense or defense that are scheduled to be free agents at the end of this year. That isn’t really a pro or a con right now, but with so many names to look at, it isn’t hard to imagine that Jon Robinson and Mike Vrabel are already starting to talk about which guys have surprised or disappointed.
I’m going to split this into two lists, the guys who have earned a new deal (this list) and the guys who haven’t proven that they are worth what they will get on the market. So, let’s take a look at the positive news here.
